These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VisualBlue USA website and the products, quotes, and services we provide. By using our site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.

Quotes & Estimates

All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change after site surveys, artwork review, permit requirements, or material updates. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Orders, Deposits & Payment

• Custom orders typically require a deposit before production begins.
• Final balance is due upon completion or installation, unless other terms are agreed in writing.
• Late payments may be subject to fees as allowed by Texas law.

Artwork & Approvals

You are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs prior to production. Once approved, VisualBlue USA is not liable for typos, color mismatches, or design errors in the approved file. You confirm you have the rights to any logos, images, or content you supply.

Production & Installation

Lead times are estimates and may be affected by materials, weather, permitting, and site conditions. Installation requires safe site access and any required landlord, HOA, or city permits. Additional fees may apply for re-trips, after-hours work, or unforeseen site conditions.

Warranty

VisualBlue USA warrants workmanship for a reasonable period from the date of installation, subject to normal use. Manufacturer warranties pass through on materials and components. Damage from weather, accidents, vandalism, modifications, or third-party work is not covered.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because most work is custom, deposits are non-refundable once production begins. Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, photos, and logos are owned by VisualBlue USA or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisualBlue USA's total liability for any claim related to our website or services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in El Paso County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services means you accept the updates.
